- MeezEx Courier operates as a third-party logistics facilitator and service coordinator.
- Shipments are arranged and coordinated through registered courier partners including TCS, Leopards Courier, PostEx, Trax, BlueEx, M&P, Tranzo, TING, DoDeliver, Daewoo.
- MeezEx Courier handles shipment booking, documentation, courier coordination, follow-ups, case escalation, communication, invoicing, and adjustments.
- Physical handling, transportation, delivery execution, and operational decisions are performed by the respective courier company and governed by their policies.
Pickups
- Clients must notify the MeezEx Courier WhatsApp Support Group at least 24 hours prior to a scheduled pickup.
- Pickup confirmation must be verified by the client.
- MeezEx Courier will assist with coordination; however, pickup execution depends on courier availability.
Packaging Responsibility
- Proper packaging is the client’s responsibility.
- All shipments must be packed securely according to item nature.
- MeezEx Courier will assist in raising cases; however, damages caused by inadequate packaging remain the client’s responsibility.
- For any damage or dispute, a clear packing video showing items, packaging process, and label is mandatory.
Prohibited & Illegal Shipments
- Shipment of illegal, restricted, hazardous, counterfeit, or prohibited items under Pakistan law is strictly forbidden.
- The client bears full legal responsibility for the contents of their shipment.
- MeezEx Courier may cooperate with authorities and suspend or terminate client accounts if violations are identified.
Claims – Damage, Missing or Changed Items
- Claims require a valid packing video recorded at the time of dispatch.
- MeezEx Courier will review and raise the claim with the relevant courier company and follow up on behalf of the client.
- Claim approval or rejection is decided by the courier company.
- Typical resolution timeline: 30–45 working days.
- Approved amounts will reflect in the invoice adjustment section.
Weight & Charges Adjustment Claims
- Required details include tracking ID and shipment information.
- MeezEx Courier will raise and follow up the case with the courier company.
- Resolution depends on courier verification.
- Typical timeline: 15–30 working days.
- Approved adjustments will be reflected in invoices.
Invoicing & Billing
- TCS invoices: 5th, 12th, 19th, and 26th of each month.
- Other couriers: Weekly (Thursday or Sunday).
- Payments are settled within 2 working days after invoice issuance.
- Invoice concerns must be raised promptly for review.
Returns Management
- Clients will be notified regarding returns via official communication.
- Any discrepancy must be reported within 24 hours of notification.
- After this period, courier claim limitations may apply and resolution may not be possible.
Payments & Bank Details
- Payments are processed only to a registered bank account.
- Bank account title must match the CNIC.
- Incomplete or mismatched details may result in payment delays.
Registration Policy
- All registration information must be valid and authentic.
- MeezEx Courier reserves the right to approve, suspend, or cancel any account if irregular or misleading information is identified.
Service Charges & Rates
- Rates agreed at registration shall apply.
- Clients must understand charges before booking shipments.
- Charges cannot be altered once invoiced.
- Actual weight verified by the courier company will be charged accordingly.
Out of Service Area (OSA) Charges
- Some locations are classified as Out of Service Areas (OSA) by courier companies.
- Standard OSA charge: PKR 150 per KG (applies equally across all courier partners).
- OSA charges may apply in selected urban and rural locations and will be added to the invoice where applicable.
Limitation of Liability
- MeezEx Courier ensures reasonable coordination, support, and follow-up.
- Losses or delays arising from courier operations, government actions, natural events, or force majeure remain subject to courier policies.
- Any liability, where applicable, shall not exceed the service fee charged for the shipment.
Governing Law
- These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan.
- Disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of Pakistani courts.
